Hymn Festival
During our Annual Hymn Festival we gather in the cold of winter to warm our hearts with Word and Song. We sing hymns, both old and new, while reflecting on the deeper meaning of the text in poetic form. For more information, contact Gary Butler.
Children’s Choir
Treble Choir is for youth from first grade through grade 8. This group rehearses Wednesday nights from 6-6:30 pm during the school year and regularly sings for worship as well as special times throughout the year.
You do not need to be a member of Resurrection to sing. All are welcome! Contact cantor Gary Butler (click to email) for more information or to join.
Bach Cantata
Each year in late spring or early summer, we present a different Bach Cantata during worship, drawing from the nearly 200 cantatas composed by Bach. Under the direction of Paul Westermeyer and accompanied by musicians from Resurrection and beyond, the adult choir performs the cantata during the sermon.
Special Music
Do you sing or play an instrument? If you’d like to offer a gift of music, Contact cantor Gary Butler (click to email) for ways to get involved.

Arts
Art Gallery Exhibitions
In gathering spaces throughout our building, we’ve organized art exhibition space to feature community artists. Updated 3-4 times per year, the artwork highlights a selected theme and includes works from dozens of community artists. Stop by to see the current show in the upper and lower entryway.
Stained Glass Windows
Our worship space is enhanced with beautiful, unique stained glass windows, designed by Dr. Richard Caemmerer and installed in the spring of 2003. Each time you look, you’ll notice something new! Be sure to check them out next time you’re in the sanctuary.
Liturgical Arts
From intricate needlepoint artworks to liturgical banners, a paschal candle, and more, our worship, building, and community life are enriched by these beautiful works of liturgical art. Look for the needlepoint kneelers during Lent, a beautifully designed paschal candle during the Easter season, and other liturgical art throughout the year.
